You have been invited to participate in this survey because you are a parent or guardian of a Virginia youth (11-18 years). The Commonwealth Public Health Training Center (PHTC) Pipeline Initiative seeks to collect and synthesize information about what parents/guardians know about public health. Data from this survey will assist the Commonwealth PHTC in strengthening the public health educational pipeline in Virginia, and responses will be kept confidential.
